90年代中期にサンディエゴのインディペンデントレーベル"Gravity"（Heroin、Angel Hair、Unwound、The Rapture、Man Is The Bastard等リリース）から産まれた Clikatat Ikatowi。当時リリースされたアルバム「Orchestrated And Conducted By」、ミニアルバム「River Of Souls」、そして1993年のデモ音源（初ヴァイナル化）を3枚組BOX仕様でリリース。全てオリジナル・アナログテープからリミックス＆リマスターが施され、付属の24ページブックレットには、「NYHC: New York Hard Core 1980-1990」の著者Tony Rettmanによる鮮やかなエッセイと、当時の写真やフライヤー数十点、ノイズの未来を形作った都市とシーンの深い歴史を綴る。
